The Program Coordinator provides day-to-day support to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of the Learn to Discern (L2D) program in Ukraine. The Program Coordinator role involves coordination of educational and communication activities, logistical and administrative support, partner engagement, and oversight of subgrants and programmatic reporting. The Program Coordinator ensures that program activities are implemented in accordance with IREX standards and donor requirements, contributing to L2D’s goal of promoting critical thinking and resilience to adversarial propaganda across Ukraine.

Your Background & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
- Experience as a teacher/trainer or organizing training events, workshops, or online learning activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English Language is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills including time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment, and ability to remain flexible while adhering to strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, both oral and written required
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Good writing skills in both English and Ukrainian Languages
- Positive attitude and willingness to support and assist colleagues.
- Experience in coordination with NGOs, educators, or international organizations is an asset.
- Must demonstrate valid proof of unrestricted work authorization in Ukraine.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Support day-to-day implementation of L2D activities, including the Ambassadors Program, online courses, teacher training, and outreach campaigns.
- Plan and organize program trainings, events, and educational activities in coordination with the Senior Lead for Sustainability, Innovation and Education, trainers, and partners (EdEra, AIDE, etc.).
- Provide logistical, administrative, and communication support for training-of-trainers, retreats, regional events, and online sessions.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, work plans, budgets, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure the timely collection and submission of programmatic data, participant lists, and reports in coordination with the MEL and Communications teams.
- Contribute to drafting success stories, updates, and reports for internal and donor use.
- Support logistics and administrative tasks.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all program activities, materials, and outputs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, subgrantees, consultants, and suppliers.
- Facilitate communication with program partners (EdEra, MOES, NGOs) to ensure effective coordination and information flow.
- Support the dissemination of communication materials, announcements, and success stories through social media and other outreach channels.
- Draft and translate correspondence and reports (Ukrainian ↔ English) as needed.
- Support partner coordination and renewal processes related to the continuation of L2D products and activities.
- Contribute to the development of partnerships that strengthen the sustainability of L2D educational products.
- Collect and organize information for donor reporting and visibility materials.
- Support preparation of concept notes and proposals when needed.
- Assist with financial reporting, expense tracking, and documentation related to events and subgrants.
- Coordinate with the Grants and Finance teams to ensure compliance with donor and IREX policies.
- Support procurement processes, ensuring quality control of materials and services provided by vendors.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadfor Sustainability, Innovation and Education and other team members to ensure synergy among educational, communications, and MEL activities.
- Support orientation and mentoring of new team members, interns, and consultants involved in L2D.
- Actively contribute to improving internal workflows and coordination mechanisms.
- Demonstrate ownership, reliability, and initiative in task delivery and follow-up.
- Other duties as assigned.
