Job Description

Our Proposal Administrator will effectively coordinate/lead the development of timely compliant, and high-quality proposals to district and state-level RFPs, while completing a variety of projects with minimal supervision. Acts as the liaison between the project team, subject matter experts, senior management, government affairs, and customer to ensure every detail of the proposal is addressed. Proposal Administrator’s communications keep the project flowing, so good interpersonal skills are a must!

As a Proposal Administrator you will be responsible for these crucial functions and responsibilities:

  • Works with the proposal team to support the proposal development process for RFP responses, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality submissions
  • Solicits and manages multiple inputs with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely proposal submission
  • Develops and reviews written pieces of the proposal response as well as components including pricing documents, forms, resumes, etc.
  • Manages print production of proposal responses when required
  • Works with cross-functional team(s) to disseminate crucial information to ensure successful transfer and implementation of awarded projects.
  • Prioritizes work to nimbly manage multiple projects, contributing to multiple proposals at one time and responding to business requests
  • Monitors and distributes all internal and external customer requests coming into the department to ensure completion.
  • Maintains company and client confidentiality.

The ability to work independently or in a team environment, with an attitude of helpfulness, positivity, and camaraderie.

Qualifications

For this role as a Proposal Administrator, you should have:

  • At least one year of proposal/contract/grant experience

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in K-12 education, Edtech, or related industry preferred
  • Experience working in a cross-functional/matrixed environment

Salary Range: $56,100 - $62,433 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
