As an Education Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business and fostering relationships with schools and educational institutions in your assigned regions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your teaching experience to understand the needs of schools and present Renaissance’s solutions in a way that resonates with educators and administrators. This role is critical to expanding our market presence and achieving growth targets, while ensuring a consultative, educator-first approach.
Education Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the education sector, focusing on schools and educational institutions in your assigned regions.
- Build and nurture relationships with school administrators, educators, and other key decision-makers to expand Renaissance’s presence in the market.
- Effectively communicate the educational benefits of Renaissance’s products, demonstrating how they improve learning outcomes and support teachers in the classroom.
- Attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to represent Renaissance, build networks, and gain insights into the evolving needs of the education sector.
- Speak at events, webinars, and other educational forums to showcase Renaissance solutions and expertise, positioning the company as a thought leader in the education space.
- Collaborate with the customer success teams to deliver exceptional support and service to schools and institutes.
- Maintain an active engagement pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities to ensure steady progress toward objectives.
Skills and experience you can bring:
To be considered for the role of Education Sales Consultant, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of operating in highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment, ideally from an Education Sales Technology or SaaS company.
- Teaching or EdTech Industry Experience: A solid background in education, either through classroom teaching or working within the EdTech industry. A deep understanding of the challenges and needs of educators is essential to succeed in this role.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, with a strong aptitude for learning how to use CRM systems for managing client relationships and tracking progress.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within the education sector.
- Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively with colleagues across multiple departments, including other education consultants, Education Advisors, and marketing.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Industry Engagement: Experience or willingness to engage with the wider education community by attending events, speaking at forums, and presenting at webinars.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present educational concepts and solutions clearly.
Additional information:
This is a UK based role; all candidates must reside and hold the right to work in the United Kingdom. (Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this position). Travel will be required within the UK.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn an additional £40,000 per annum in commission (Paid Monthly), Plus lots of amazing benefits.
