The Order Services Specialist plays an integral part in the order to cash lifecycle for our customers. You'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders through different order methods into the ERP system, as well as ensuring digital products are provisioned correctly on the relevant platform.

With the customer at the forefront of what we do, the Order Services team work closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Retention & Customer Services delivering exceptional customer experience.

Sales Order Operations Executive, Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable on product and pricing changes
  • Processing contracts into NetSuite
  • Validating quotes using Salesforce for research and reconciliation of customer information, verifying that pricing and SKUs are correct
  • Responsible for understanding and enforcing company business policies and procedures pertaining to pricing and discounting
  • Process customer amendments and full cancellations
  • Document management including but not limited to verification of all signed quotes are added into Salesforce.
  • Respond to customer (internal) requests via phone, email, chatter, teams chat, or other.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team on invoicing questions
  • E-Commerce order validation and processing into NetSuite
  • Regular review and updates of the OS teamwork instructions
  • Monitoring orders on a daily basis and working with internal teams for prompt resolution
  • Provide support in any project-related work within the sales order processing team
  • Identify key areas of improvement, in particular process improvements

Skills and experience you can bring:

This role will suit someone who has worked in an order processing environment and has a great understanding of how an ERP system works and can work as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great team player & also able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal & written skills
  • Numerate and accurate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working in an ERP system
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels and across functions
  • Strong engagement with colleagues, individually and as a team
  • Champions positive change within the business

Permanent role, hybrid working in our Swindon Site. (SN2 8HB)
