Are you a digital marketing expert ready to make an impact? We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover. If you’re passionate about driving digital strategy and love working with cutting-edge platforms like Salesforce and Marketo, this role is for you!

We’re looking for someone with a curious, analytical mindset who thrives on optimizing campaigns and sharing expertise with the team.

Digital Marketing Manager – what you’ll be up to includes:

  • Website and digital strategy – oversee content, strategy and tracking of our websites
  • Develop and maintain the overall digital strategy and budget for our online presence
  • Email marketing and marketing automation – build, test and send Marketo campaigns
  • Lead the marketing enablement in Marketo – supporting your team with your expertise
  • Ensure accurate lead routing in Marketo and Salesforce and track and analyse performance

Skills and experience you can bring:

We’re looking for a platform whizz, someone that can be the expert and is happy to share their experiences and know-how.

  • Previous experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge and experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Some experience crafting, coding and maintaining email templates using HTML and CSS, preferred.
  • Technical SEO experience / Wordpress would be ideal
  • Working knowledge of email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient with web and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Some supervisory experience managing and mentoring small teams on projects or assignments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Google Sheets.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in SaaS or Edtech
  • Experience working within the education sector

Additional information:

This role is based in our Brentford office, West London. It’s a hybrid basis which for us means 3 days a week in the office. (Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this position).

Please note this is a fixed term maternity leave contract through to October 2026.
