Glia Impact Hub in Moldova has requested the support of a Peace Corps Response Volunteer (PCRV) to serve as a Business Development Specialist. Glia Impact Hub is a catalytic space for initiatives in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development, dedicated to young people who aspire to create change in their communities. The organization is now entering a phase of strategic growth, focused on strengthening existing initiatives and aligning them with international standards, and they have identified a need for the organization to strengthen its capacity in the Communication and Marketing area.
The PCRV will work closely with the Executive Director and the Glia program team to strengthen the institutional capacity of the hub and expand the impact of its current initiatives. The PCRV will contribute to strengthening the capacity of the Glia team in growing the hub’s visibility, attracting new beneficiaries, and strengthening existing and potential networks.

Required Skills
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Brand Management, or related fields
- 3 or more years of experience in the field of strategic communications and public awareness campaigns.
- Experience designing and delivering communication campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
- Experience contributing to successful fundraising and marketing efforts.
