Glia Impact Hub in Moldova has requested the support of a Peace Corps Response Volunteer (PCRV) to serve as a Business Development Specialist. Glia Impact Hub is a catalytic space for initiatives in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development, dedicated to young people who aspire to create change in their communities. The organization is now entering a phase of strategic growth, focused on strengthening existing initiatives and aligning them with international standards, and they have identified a need for the organization to strengthen its capacity in the Business Development area.

The PCRV will work closely with the Executive Director and the GLIA program team to strengthen the institutional capacity of the hub and expand the impact of its current initiatives. The aim is to develop a dedicated program for women entrepreneurs, designed to support them in accessing resources, growing their businesses, and connecting with international innovation and mentoring ecosystems.

Required Skills

• Masters of Business Administration or MA/MS in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking, or Finance
• 3 or more years of technical expertise in organizational capacity development and training.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, results-based management, and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, team building, and communications skills.
• Ability to implement new systems and affect staff behavioral/attitudinal change.
• Professional experience in program management and/or monitoring and evaluation.
