WITAD empowers marginalized girls and women in Eswatini to secure higher incomes and advance gender equality and sustainable development. Through a unique blend of training, business support services including mentorship, value chain integration and market linkages, WITAD fosters productive entrepreneurship. This enables girls and women to make informed choices, better manage sexual and reproductive health risks, address gender-based violence, and overcome decision-making inequalities effectively.

Required Skills
- BA/BS in any field relevant to environmental management and/or disaster management
- Two or more years of experience in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, and/or Disaster Risk Reduction
- Specialized experience in any of the following, depending on the role: Disaster Risk Reduction, Solid Waste Management, Water Management, Policy Implementation.
