About The Project
Experienced organizational development specialists and program managers are invited to share their expertise with a youth-focused organization in Moldova.
“MilleniumM” Training and Development Institute supports the local youth to develop leadership skills. To reach the organization’s goal of supporting at least 1,000 youth by 2030, the team identified a critical need to develop its own skills. The team is particularly interested in HR policy and procedures, including terms of reference (ToR), roles and responsibilities of each team member, as well as other internal management documents. These skills will allow the team to effectively navigate common challenges facing non-governmental organizations in Moldova, including limited institutional capacity, high staff turnover, and professional development plan for each staff member.
As a Change Management Specialist, you will provide mentorship and specialized training on internal management, organizational efficiency, digital tools, and decision-making transparency. Alongside the institute’s staff, you will identify opportunities to refine operational processes and strengthen the team’s skillsets. Together, you will position the organization to improve service delivery and support its mission more effectively.
